Where do you ship to?

At the current time we only ship within the UK. (We are working on extending this.) If you are outside the UK, email helen@thebaublecollection.com for a quote.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over £75. Orders under this amount are charged at check out at £4.58.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping will take 3-5 business days. In most cases orders will be assigned a tracking number and you will be able to follow your parcel's journey.

What happens if any items are broken or damaged?

Any breakages or discrepancies with your order should be reported to us by emailing returns@thebaublecollection.com as soon as possible after receipt of the order. We will arrange for either exchange or collection of the item(s).

What should I do if if receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered please contact us at info@thebaublecollection.com and we will be sure to rectify the mistake.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with my order?

If you are not happy with your order, we offer a returns policy within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused  returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment including the cost of standard delivery. However we will not refund the cost of returning the product(s) to us.
