We hope that you are delighted with your order but if you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return all or part of your order to us. Unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns so you will be responsible for the costs of return delivery.
For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
If you wish to return an item, please e-mail us at email@example.com including your order number (as shown on your invoice). You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and more information on how to complete your return. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
Once we have received your return and checked it complies with the above mentioned conditions, we will process your refund and credit your account for the cost of the returned goods and standard postage (if paid). Please be aware it can take time any credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement but in the event of any delays, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
